The Women's Shelter of South Texas is a safe haven where a victim facing violence in her home can come at any hour of the day or night. Children of victims are also welcome. Each family has the opportunity and time to rediscover life without violence, time to consider other options, and to participate in a wide variety of services that lead to a future without fear and abuse. The Shelter operates 24 hours daily 365 days a year.
